She provides simple, but
powerful tools for
understanding and balancing organizational priorities so that
outcomes are achieved in effective, efficient, economical, and environmentally
responsible ways.
Jan draws on over 30
years of experience as an organization development consultant, group
facilitator, and management trainer, with government, private sector, and
non-profit organizations. She is a regular contributor to professional
conferences, newsletters, workshops, and special initiatives.
Since the spring of
2005, she has focused her efforts on equipping top professionals to use the
Organizations Alive!™
Model in their work with
clients and colleagues - through training, coaching, and resource development.
Jan has a
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
from
McGill University and a
Master
of Science in Organization Development from
Pepperdine University. She
has been qualified to use the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®
since 1989 and
a licensed facilitator of
The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
since 1995. She is a member of the
Organization Development Network of Ottawa-Outaouais.
She makes her home in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, where she plays, works, writes,
and worships.
